<h1>Terms of Use</h1>
<p style='text-align:justify;'>The following terms are the free file uploading platform regulations provided by FileDeck.net. When you use FileDeck.net to upload files, it asks if you completely understand and agree with the following terms. At the same time, you also completely agree and understand that FileDeck.net has the right to update the contents of the Terms of Use without prior notice.</p>
<h2>1. Service content</h2>
<p class='tos'>The service provided by FileDeck.net is to copy the files uploaded by the user to the server of the third party free space provider, selected by the user. Once the user finishes uploading, everything will be handled by the Terms of Use regulated by the third party free space provider. The file storage and effective time will be based on the regulations listed by the third party free space provider; the user shall refer to the relevant descriptions. FileDeck.net will not store the user's uploaded files for more than 6 hours in its own server.</p>
<h2>2. Limited guarantee</h2>
<p class='tos'>FileDeck.net does not guarantee the user with the service quality or reliability. When the user finishes uploading, our system will immediately copy the file to the third party free space provider server selected by the user. At the same time, the third party free space provider has the right to remove the user's uploaded files without prior notification to the user; the user shall completely agree and understand this is not within the range that FileDeck.net can control. FileDeck.net reserves the right to refuse to provide service at any time.</p>
<h2>3. Prohibited items</h2>
<p class='tos'>FileDeck.net prohibits users to upload files that meet the following conditions: (i) Files, pictures, music, videos, or documents that are prohibited to be publicly disseminated or are copyrighted. (ii) Contents that are prohibited by law, or violate public order or good customs. (iii) Pictures, videos or texts that include any adult contents. (iv) Contents that violate Texas law. As for items that are not listed here, users shall refer and comply with the regulations of the third party free space provider.</p>
